The Race Track Operations System and the application software known as Track Manager (which is replacing the Race Track Operations System) hereinafter collectively referred to as the "RTO System". The RTO System uses data from a variety of sources including, without limitation, data that are inputted by various racetracks and data supplied by and are proprietary to The Jockey Club and/or Equibase Company LLC. All data rights are reserved by the owners thereof. Data provided or compiled by the RTO System generally are accurate but occasionally errors and omissions occur as a result of incorrect data received from others, mistakes in processing and other causes. Data contributors to the RTO System, including, without limitation, InCompass Solutions, Inc., The Jockey Club, Equibase Company LLC, and the various contributing racetracks disclaim responsibility for the consequences, if any, of such errors, but would appreciate having any such errors called to their attention.
