Move Draws

This process can be used when a day's worth of races are cancelled, and the entire card needs to be moved to a new date.  The Move Draws process MOVES all information on the "From Date" to the "To Date".  

Note:  Before the system moves the data, all previously entered data on the "To Date" will be cleared out.
